Refund/Cancellation Policy

In the event that one of my shows has to be cancelled, the following refund and canellation policies will take effect

Event Cancelled by Me

If I have to cancel an event due to illness, accident or other unforeseen circumstances, All deposits and other fees collected for services will be fully refunded within 3 business days.

Furthermore, if requested I will try to find suitable replacement entertainment, either by providing you with a list of entertainers I think will be a good match, or, with your permission only provide ypour contact information with a suitable replacement.

Event Cancelled by You

If for any reason you have to cancel an event for which you have booked either on-line or over the phone and provided a deposit, then said deposit will not be refunded, however if you wish to reschedule another event at the time of cancellation, then the deposit may be credited towards the new event.

If an event was prepaid in full, you will recieve a refund based on the following time line

Event cancelled within 1 week(7 calender days) of scheduled date- 50% of fees paid will be refunded within 3 business days of cancellation notice

Event cancelled within 30 calender days (but more than 7 calender days) of scheduled date - 90% of fees paid will be refunded within 3 business days of cancellation)

Event cancelled more than 30 calender days of scheduled date - All fees minus a $25 deposit fee will be returned within 3 business days of cancellation.
